Registration Terms

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: tajnistvo-zzp@szd.si

You can cancel your participation free of charge up to May 3, 2026 inclusive.

For cancellations received by July 1, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded after the Congress, less a 30% administrative fee and VAT (25%).

Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved by the Organizing Committee.

The registration fee will not be refunded in case of non-attendance at the Congress.

Changes in registration:
The registration fee may be transferred to another person until September 13, 2026. The written notice of a change must be sent to tajnistvo-zzp@szd.si.
